Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Coco de Mer pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all items must be returned unworn, with original tags intact and protective adhesive strips in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
